Who am I?

I am a wife. A mother. A student. A friend. A sister. An aunt. A liberal. I am me.

I am married to my soul mate. We are best friends who share 100% of ourselves with each other. There are no secrets. We are inseparable. We even complete each others sentences. :)

I have the most wonderful daughter. She is so smart. Loves to draw. She is addicted to books. Loves any and all video games. &&& Has entirely too many stuffed animals. :)

I am a nursing student at McNeese State in Lake Charles, LA. I am slated to graduate in May of 2009. I love nursing...but nursing school frustrates the hell out of me.

I have the most wonderful friends!

Scott and I have our long time group of friends who are actually family...not friends. :) They are our tried and true friends who will always be there.

Then I have my nursing friends, Stacy & Jessica We became friends our first semester of clinical, and we keep each other motivated. Stacy is truly my BFF and will always be my friend. She picks me up when I fall down and I pick her up when she falls down. She is the tried and true friend that I have been seeking my entire adult life.

I have the most wonderful brother, Altus. He's always there for me. He loves me just like I am. &&& he has the most awesome wife and kids!

&&& I am aunt to the best Marine in the Corp. His name is Quinn, and he is currently living in North Carolina. He will exit the Corp in June 2009! I can't wait! I miss him so much!!! I am ready for him to be a free man so we can see him more often. :)

And last but certainly not least....I am a LIBERAL. I am progressive. I believe in free universal health care, civil rights for all, social programs, higher taxes for those who make more money, gay marriage, renewal energy, the right to choose to have an abortion, global warming and I believe that we need a better education system in which to educate our children. I am against the death penalty. I am against big oil. I am against polluting our environment.

I am all of these things.
