loathing:

the Louisiana heat
not having the food i want to eat in the house
that Quinn doesn't live near us
that cutting grass makes me sneeze a bunch of times
the fact that my step-dad is apparently having some heart trouble, but my mom hasn't thought to call and tell me
that me and my mom are not in touch like we used to be

loving:

that it's been a pretty relaxing summer
that we got to spend quite a few days with Quinn while he was down here
calling or texting Quinn any time i want
the memories of the night we had at the strip club! it was a blast!!
knowing that Patron and limes doesn't give me a hangover!
that we are going to my brother's for the 4th! (we haven't seen him and his fam in i don't know how long!)
my new sugar scrub from Bath & Body Works!
the fact that my loan refund check will be in this week!!! (get to pay off some bills so we can have some fun!)
that we already have our tickets to Voodoo Fest in October!!!
all the reality shows that i am watching this summer! Design Star is sooooo awesome! so is She's Got The Look!

Quinn is here for a few days!
having time to chill and catch up with Quinn
taking photos of family
taking photos of the flowers that are still alive (the ones the heat hasn't gotten to yet)
cheap body wash from Bath & Body Works
Claudia got to go spend a few days with her aunt and cousin
very vanilla soy milk
the decision that we are definitely moving to Anchorage, Alaska after I graduate and get my year of experience!!!
that my summer course is going to be sooooooo easy!! only 2 tests!

loathing:

i cannot seem to lay down in bed a night and just fall asleep....i must wake up several times a night.
i cannot buy all the cute new summer things i am seeing everywhere.
i cannot afford the kelly green dress i fell in love with at Dillard's.
i have tons of little nit picky things that i need to do....but don't want to do.
summer heat (it's 6:18 in the morning and it's 73 degrees!!!)
Quinn won't be here until the 30th because he got 4 days leave taken away for showing up late one day.
i cannot afford the gas to go see my brother...i miss him terribly.
having to take lactaid (or some dairy relief product) everytime i eat because if i don't i will get a horrible stomach ache due to my lactose intolerance
i cannot buy my husband the shiny new Blu-Ray's that he wants.

loving:

we will finally get to see Quinn after his 7 month tour in Iraq!
i got to go to the mall on Saturday night with a friend i rarely get to hang out with anymore.
i will be starting my summer class on June 2nd and going back to work.
my summer loan money will be in around mid-June and i can finally go shopping!
we played Scattergories Saturday night and had a blast!
Meerkat Manor
we watched Meet The Robinsons and now we have to make all of our friends see it!
i found great smelling candles at Target!
rediscovering the lovely smell of incense.
the cool new products i found at fossil.com that i must buy once i have monies!

"Dead Like Me" - George is so very cool!
Being able to keep my house clean
Knowing that classes start in 13 days! Routine!!!
Knowing that i get to go back to work in 13 days! Money!!!
Planning how my loan check is going to be spent.
The last two fights on TUF (The Ultimate Fighter) before semi-finals!
Getting inspired to go back to the gym. Starting next week once Scott is off call.
I am shaving my legs on a regular basis!
Think i got rid of the stupid virus.
My best friend and I are going to lunch together soon!
I think I have gotten my blogging bug back! Have been wanting to blog a lot more often.
